About One World Artisans One World Artisans is a small business with big ideas nestled in the northernmost stretch of the mighty St. John River Valley, home of the longest stretch of un-dammed river east of the Mississippi. The St. John River is the international boundary between the top of Maine and New Brunswick, Canada here. The predominantly French communities are scattered along the river in this remote and beautiful area (100 miles north of the interstate highway in Maine). Honest people with generous community spirit and a hard work ethic characterize people from “The Valley”. Owners Steve and Jan Young are from the Valley and plan on spending the rest of their lives here, working on good things that they love to do. OWA promises our customers that we will provide the highest quality products and services at fair prices. |
